Put in a roasting pan and cook in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes, basting with a little of the juices. The remaining juices can be retained for gravy. For the last 15 minutes of baking, brush on the barbecue sauce, recipe below.
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 cup commercial hickory-flavor barbecue sauce
(I use Hunts)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup dark honey
Combine ingredients in a small saucepan, and simmer for a few minutes over low heat to make certain the sugar is dissolved.
